Marketing Executive — Digital Marketing

Help us tell the story of the custom software we build. You'll own digital marketing end-to-end — from campaigns and SEO to content and analytics — reporting directly to the founder.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive qualified B2B leads.
  • Manage our social media presence — LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram — with consistent posting and engagement.
  • Own SEO for the website: keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and tracking organic rankings.
  • Write or commission case studies, blog posts, and landing-page copy that explains complex technical work simply.
  • Run email marketing — newsletters, drip campaigns for inbound leads, and post-discovery follow-ups.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs weekly: leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS.
  • Coordinate with the founder and engineering team to translate technical work into client-friendly stories.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally with IT services or SaaS.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — you've actually run campaigns, not just managed an agency.
  • Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals — keywords, on-page, backlinks, technical SEO basics.
  • Strong written English. You can explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • Comfort with analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Marketing certifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
  • You're curious, organized, and can self-manage with minimal oversight.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience marketing custom software, CRM, ERP, or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools — Notion, Airtable, Zapier, n8n.
  • Basic design skills (Figma or Canva) for quick social/landing assets.
  • Worked with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) for content workflows.
